If you require a visa to travel to the event, we highly recommend that you submit your application by 2 June 2025.

You will be able to provide your details for a visa letter and / or AIR invitation letter if required as part of the event application process, but these letters will only be issued if your application is approved. Kindly note that the provision of these details does not guarantee acceptance to the event or the issuance of a visa
Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by the AIR Events Team, who will revert with a status update.
If you have not received a status update by 10 June 2025 if you require a visa, or by 24 June 2025 if you do not require a visa, please email our Events Team on events@myt.uk.com for an update.
If your application is successful you will receive a personalised visa letter if you had requested one during your application. You will also be added on our registered attendees list and you will receive any relevant news for your attendance.
